Well round 2 done and not a bad day in all. Racing in 80-450 and open 500's so lots of track time and to also had Micheal Gallear an ex racer who has come on board to help with trackside instruction .
After a frustrating weekend at Castle Coombe and with the sun shining we went out for qualifying in the 80-450 and ended up 13th so not too bad then we had open 500's and 19th from 34 so happy with that .
Had a bit of a debrief with Micheal and got some good feedback on how to improve we went racing.
Race 1 80-450 starting to feel happier on the bike and came home in 12th with a best time of 1.03 so going in right direction Race 1 open 500's had a fantastic battle with Toby Skayman and Dan Pearson and came in 17th with a 1.02 so getting back into the swing of it and had a blast swopping paint with good friends.
Race 2 80-450 yet again had epic battle with Toby and came home in 10th with a time of 1.01 so really happy with that .Race 2 open 500's got away ok but got blocked into Edwinas so lost the pack and ended up in 20th but fought to chase them down and ended up in 16th so happy that able push and close the gap especially as the rear tyre was totally shot .
So all in all a really good meeting and was good to see so many from the BMB paddock now moved up to big bikes and go so well. A massive shout out to all that help us to get where we are.
